Welcome to Nyanga River Lodge
Uniquely situated on a secluded peninsula between the Nyanga River and the Atlantic Ocean just a few kilometers from the river’s mouth—Nyanga River Lodge offers a rare and immersive experience in the heart of Gabon’s wilderness.

As the first lodge of its kind within Moukalaba-Doudou National Park, it provides guests with exclusive access to one of the country’s most pristine fisheries. Unlike other destinations in Gabon, our fishing grounds are entirely private. The region is also renowned for its sport fishing, vibrant birdlife, rich marine biodiversity, and proximity to a thriving population of great apes.
Our elegant tented suites can be configured with either king or twin beds and include ensuite bathrooms, hot water, air-conditioning, and WiFi. We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements to the best of our ability, please notify us in advance of any severe allergies or restrictions.

Dining takes place on the beach or our open-air terrace, with plans underway to introduce a treetop dining platform for a truly unforgettable culinary experience.
Additional amenities include laundry service.

Please note: We welcome guests aged 12 and above. Exceptions may be made when booking the lodge exclusively.
